Returns & Exchanges.

Our clothes are made to be kept, loved, and rocked, and we don’t do returns.

Here’s how it works at Disobedient Designs:

❌ No Returns

All sales are final. Because each piece is hand-picked, hand-painted, or specially curated, we do not accept returns for refunds.

 

🔁 Exchanges & Store Credit

We do accept exchanges or offer store credit only if:

• The item is brand new, unused, and in perfect condition
• You contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Tags are still attached and the item shows no signs of wear, stains, or scent

If approved, we’ll send you a store credit code or process an exchange for another item.

 

🚫 Used Items Will Not Be Accepted

We love a good lived-in look—but not for exchanges. Items must be unworn and unwashed, or we won’t be able to accept them.

 

🎨 Custom Orders

All custom orders are final sale and not eligible for exchange or credit—these babies are made just for you.

• Your order number
• A short note about what you’d like to exchange
• Photos (if helpful!)
