We currently ship within the United States only. Hang tight, international friends—we’re working on it 👀🌍

 

⏰ Processing Time

• Orders (excluding custom pieces) are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
• Custom orders may take longer depending on the complexity—don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

 

🚚 Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders usually arrive in 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location. We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

 

🖌️ Custom Orders

Custom items are hand-painted and made just for you. Please allow 1–3 weeks (or more, if needed) for us to complete your custom piece before it ships. Trust us—it’s worth the wait 💅

 

📦 Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We aim to keep it fair and affordable.

 

💥 Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier. Disobedient Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages—but we’ll always do our best to help you figure things out.
