Welcome to Disobedient Designs! By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Disobedient Designs is a creative fashion brand based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We offer custom-painted jackets, expressive t-shirts, meaningful sweatshirts, and other everyday apparel. All designs are created with intention, individuality, and a little rebellion.

2. Custom Orders

We proudly accept custom orders. Please note that once a custom piece is created, it is final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns.
However, exchanges or store credit may be issued under the following conditions:

• Items must be brand new, unworn, and in perfect condition.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Original tags must be attached and the item must be free of odors, stains, or signs of wear.

To request an exchange, email us at info@disobedientdesigns.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to resell or reproduce our designs.
• Send worn or used items for exchange (these will not be accepted).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our site—including designs, artwork, logos, and copy—is the property of Disobedient Designs and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by shipping carriers. Once a package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the delivery service.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Broward County.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Please review them periodically.
